Autumn Harvest Dip Mix Recipes

Fiesta Shrimp del Mexico

1 package Autumn Harvest Old Mexico dip
1 Cup Fresh Water
1-1/2 pounds Fresh Shrimp -- Follow Safe Food Handling Procedures
1/4 Cup White Wine or Cream Sherry
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
Salt to Taste as required

Mix 1 pkg. Old Mexico Dip with 1/4 cup white wine or cream sherry and 3/4 cup of water. Add 1-1/2 lbs. shrimp (cut into bite- sized pieces). Cover and marinate 30 minutes.

Cook on medium-high heat, covered 5 to 7 minutes. Thicken with 2 Tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water. Add salt to taste. Serve on a bed of white rice. This is a very spicy dish. Serve with your favorite salad and beverage.
