Gravy Master Classic Gravy

Classic Gravy
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons salad oil or fat drippings
1 cup broth or water
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Gravy Master
Directions:
In a 2-cup glass measure*, stir flour with fat drippings. Heat on HIGH 1 minute or until bubbly. Gradually stir in broth and Gravy Master. Cook on HIGH 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Makes about 1 cup.

Optional:
For a creamy gravy, add milk instead of broth or water. For a thinner gravy, add only 1 tablespoon of flour.

Note: *Always use a container that is twice the volume of what you are cooking in the microwave.
