Bell's Pumpkin Spicer Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 pkg Bell's Pumpkin Pie Spicer
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
6 oz chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400° F. READ the Kitchen SAFETY Hint below.
In a large bowl sift together flour, baking soda and baking powder. In another bowl blend together oil, eggs, pumpkin and Bell's Pumpkin Pie Spicer. Add sifted ingredients and chocolate chips. Stir until blended. Place muffin cups into muffin tins and fill with mixture.
Bake 16-20 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
NOTE: Follow safe food handling procedures at all times.
