We offer several ways for you to place your order. Our goal is
to make shopping easy and secure for you, our friends and customers.

print out the completed order and fax it to us or mail it, using the postal
service or an authorized delivery service that can be tracked.

BUSINESS HOURS
Our standard business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m.
until 5:00 p.m. EST. Depending on the season or holiday time of year,
we may be in the office before and after hours and weekends processing
and filling orders.
Electronic mail (email) tends to be the most efficient way for us to
handle general, daily customer communications. Please use orders@yankeeharvest.com
for checking on the status of an order. Please include your telephone
number. If we have any questions about your order, we may call you.
PAYMENT AND SALES
TAX INFORMATION
Full payment, in U.S. dollars, is due with each order. We accept postal
money orders, certified bank checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, Carte Blanche, Diner's Club International, and JCB Credit Card.
We normally bill your credit card on the day of shipment. We release
product orders with a money order, or certified bank check on the date
of bank clearance. On custom made orders or special orders we bill your
credit card 50% upon receipt of the order, and the balance, including
shipping charges, on day of shipment.
PLEASE: NO cash OR stamps through the
mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for its loss.
Returned payments of any type will carry a $25.00 service fee.
WE - DO NOT ACCEPT - PERSONAL CHECKS, * or * C.O.D. ORDERS
* or * COMPANY PURCHASE ORDERS.
YANKEE HARVEST, LLC. COLLECTS SALES TAX BASED ON THE DESTINATION
OF THE ORDER. LOCAL AND STATE TAXES WILL BE COLLECTED IF YOUR RECIPIENTS
MAILING ADDRESS IS CONNECTICUT.
PRICES
and PRODUCT CONTENT
Although we make every effort to insure that our prices, products and
coupons are advertised as accurately as possible, we are only human, and
in the event that an error is made, we reserve the right to correct
it or cancel the order. All items are subject to availability and
pricing may change without notice. Items may also be discontinued without
notice, if they are sold out, or as a result of the manufacturer or supplier
decision to discontinue the item.
BACKORDER POLICY
We reserve the right to ship with either delivery service for more efficient
packaging handling or delivery. When ordering any FRAGILE or FOOD items,
the order may be changed to the U.P.S. (United Parcel Service), in order
to ensure the freshness and quality you have come to value in Yankee Harvest
products.
All items will be backordered unless the item is sold out, or not available
as a result of the manufacturer or supplier decision to discontinue the
item. Seasonal Garden Seeds may also be sold out or not be available as
a result of a crop failure. Unless customer notifies Yankee Harvest,
LLC., all backorders shall be shipped. If payment is over the
amount which is filled, the difference under $10.00 will be credited to
you in the form of a gift certificate to be applied towards your next
purchase. Overages in excess of $10.00 will be reimbursed.
DELIVERY, SHIPPING
AND HANDLING
We generally fill and ship ALL orders within two (2) to three (3) business
days. Due to seasonal demand and order volume, Holiday orders will be
processed in the order received and take longer to fill and process.
CUSTOMER NOTE: Please
plan your purchase or special event to allow 7 to 10 business days for
delivery.
Custom and special orders take longer to fill and will be processed in
the order received by our vendors. NOTE: We have no control
over the delivery carriers used by our vendors for "Drop-Ship" ordered
products, their tracking information, or special orders and their processing
methods.
A handling charge is added to all orders and is included in the US Postal
or UPS shipping charges of your order.
Some large or heavy steel items that we offer, oversize, or multiple
shipments to the same address, may carry additional shipping charges.
Where this applies, it will be duly noted.

Please include a COMPLETE street address AND a proper formatted
postal zip code for on time delivery. We are NOT responsible for
delivery to wrong addresses by either carrier.
Please note: Yankee Harvest is now exclusively a United
Parcel Service Worldship shipping port.
Priority Mail through the United States Post Office is for Alaska,
Hawaii, Military Zip Codes and International Shipping ONLY. All
other orders except for FIRST CLASS MAIL (over thirteen ounces),
will be shipped United Parcel Service, and shipping adjustments
will be made to the order. FIRST CLASS MAIL is still available
for lighter (under thirteen ounces) items.
Please make sure that ALL addresses are Accurate and
Complete.
We are assessed a $5.00 surcharge for every address correction
that U.P.S. makes in order to deliver your parcel properly. If
this address correction situation occurs, you agree to be
billed for that surcharge, if applicable, for delivery of
that parcel with the address correction problem.
If you have a time sensitive situation for receiving
a product, please e-mail us for special handling on this matter.
A small service charge may apply. We are
only a "E-MAIL" away, and will gladly assist you. "E-MAILS will
be accepted in this situation". See contact information located

SHIPPING
CHARGES: UPS and USPS CARRIER DELIVERY TIMES (approximate)
We generally fill and ship ALL orders within two (2) to three (3) business

Shipping charges are based on UPS (United Parcel Service)
or USPS (US Postal Service) rates that consider the total
weight of your package, and the size of your package,
and the destination of your package. Keep in mind your
Yankee Harvest orders are shipped from Hamden, CT., so the CARRIER
RATES and DELIVERY TIMES will vary
by how close (or far) you are from this shipping location area in Connecticut.
Generally your order should arrive in 3 to 7 business days
depending on your carrier and location within your state. Please allow
extra time for the rush times and volume during seasonal times, holidays
and inclement weather (...this sometimes does happen in Connecticut...!).
Below are the approximate number of business
days it takes to receive your parcel, once the order is
processed in Connecticut. The shipping times listed are for UPS (United
Parcel Service) Ground Shipments ONLY.
In general, our shipments are sent both by USPS and UPS. Please
NOTE: YOU, the customer chooses the delivery service and method of shipment.
This determines how fast it will be delivered to your destination.
That is not the responsibility of Yankee Harvest. Please
allow extra time for the carriers rush times and volume, seasonal surges,
especially during holidays and sudden New England inclement weather changes.
If ordering online, shipping charges, based on your total order weight,
can be viewed once you enter your selection of products and shipping destination.
You will see your total charges including shipping before your finalize
your purchase.
Outside the U.S.A. Orders (International)
If you live outside the U.S.A. and order any products from Yankee Harvest,
please note that customs and country postal regulations are constantly
changing.
NOTE that Additional charges may be added to your order, due to the method
of shipping you choose. Ground shipments are costed by carrier shipping
weight, but if you choose UPS - NEXT DAY AIR, 2ND DAY AIR, the carrier
shipping charges are by TOTAL SIZE OF THE PARCEL (LxHxW),
NOT the TOTAL WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL...!
NOTE: This cannot be programmed into the ordering shopping basket computer
and additional shipping charges will be added to your order. We have shipped
to many countries around the world and will ship to almost any country
in the world...!
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Yankee Harvest, LLC. shall
not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays in delivery from
fire, strikes, New England weather conditions, casualty, inability to
obtain materials, manufacturer delays, acts of war, seasonal or holiday
"rush" volume or other causes beyond our control.
NOTE: All items are subject to availability from the manufacturer or supplier,
and may change without notice. Items may also be discontinued without
notice, if they are sold out, or as a result of the manufacturer or supplier
decision to discontinue the item.

CLAIMS - SHORTAGES
- DAMAGE
Claims for shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of
receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be deemed as complete.
We are not responsible for damage after our delivery to the carrier.
ALL CLAIMS for damage and hidden damage upon opening,
must be reported to the carrier immediately and filed with the carrier
by the customer.
If your order was damaged in shipping please call United Parcel Service
(UPS) at 800-742-5877 or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
at 800-275-8777 and report the damage. They'll start
a claim and notify us so that we can send you a replacement.
CUSTOMER NOTE: If
not INSURED by you at time of ordering, Yankee Harvest is
not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed packages, once placed with
an authorized carrier such as U.S.Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or United
Parcel Service (U.P.S.) or Federal EXPRESS (FedEX).
Do not send the damaged items to us. Both United
Parcel Service (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) require the recipient
(CUSTOMER) to file the damage claims. Keep the box, damaged item(s) and
all packing materials, in case the carrier sends out a claim investigator
and wants to check them and take pictures of the damaged item(s).
Note: Cartons without a postmark have been shipped by U.P.S. - United
Parcel Service.
INTERNATIONAL
SALES -- FOREIGN SHIPPING
(Outside Continental United States)
*No International Personal Checks will
be accepted under any circumstances.
Customer Note: Due to varying postal rates, carrier
charges and custom regulations, special handling rates and custom billing
will be applied. Use our CONTACT US e-mail form for additional information,
based on the items you wish to order.
You can place your order through our secure on-line server, the mail
(Air Mail), or by fax. Print out the Adobe order form on your printer,
and fill it out clearly. Then let us know what you would like to order,
item numbers, quantities, color choices, your correct billing and shipping
addresses and method of payment. A current home phone number
AND e-mail address are very important, in the
event we have questions regarding your order and need to contact you.

ALL our International Orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Air Parcel Post
delivery or Global Priority. Please note that Yankee Harvest, LLC. is
not responsible for duties, tariffs, or additional customs charges that
can incur when shipping outside of the United States. Packages can be
insured to most countries, but not to all destinations. Also not all items
can be shipped to all countries. Please check with your local postal or
customs agent before ordering any products.

NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR YOUR PROTECTION.
You agree that, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
ALL HALLOWEEN PATTERN BOOKS, CD's of any type, AND PATTERN STENCIL
SETS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND you agree ALL SALES OF THESE
ITEMS ARE FINAL.
Order With Total Confidence:
IF ANY ITEM PROVES TO BE UNSATISFACTORY WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS
OF THE DATE OF YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A FULL REFUND (EXCLUDING
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES AND RESTOCKING FEE), SUBJECT TO THE MERCHANDISE
BEING IN RESABLE CONDITION AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CARTON AND PACKAGING MATERIAL.
We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is the result of
our error. Please note that we can not exchange items (unless they
are defective or damaged).
Proper RMA (Return Materials Authorization) authorization code and shipping
instructions are required before returns are accepted. We
are only a fax or e-mail away, and will gladly assist you. See contact

Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
No returns will be accepted after THIRTY (30) days from time of invoicing.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all RMA returns. All returns must
have proper RMA authorization code on the package before return is valid.
Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned and will not be
accepted.
REFUSED - UNCLAIMED PACKAGES (Refused - Unclaimed Packages/Unauthorized
Return Materials). We are only a fax or
e-mail away, and will gladly assist you. See contact information located
at top of this page. Unauthorized
returns will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Yankee
Harvest, LLC. is not responsible for late delivery, loss
or damage caused by delays in delivery to wrong addresses, weather, casualty,
inability to obtain materials, manufacturer delays, carrier delays, fire,
strikes, acts of war or other causes beyond our control. Once a package
is placed with an authorized carrier, the responsibility for proper and
timely delivery, falls upon the carrier. No returns for late delivery
will be accepted.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged on all "Refused - Unclaimed
Packages/Unauthorized Return Materials". ALL RETURNS must have
proper RMA authorization code on the package before return is valid. Custom
orders and special orders cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
Product to be returned should be packed very
carefully, and sent postage prepaid and insured
against loss or damage. Yankee Harvest is not responsible for shipping
costs or damage on returned goods.
Please be advised, Yankee Harvest cannot provide you credit for
a return without confirming its receipt. We strongly recommend
that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured against
loss or damage.
For a defective product under manufacturer's warranty, we may request
that you ship it directly back to the manufacturer, along with our proper
RMA authorization code PRINTED on the OUTSIDE LABEL of the return package.
We strongly recommend that you use a delivery service that can

REFUNDS
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and
processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form
of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of
our receiving your return.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is the
result of our error.
Also note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased
from the YankeeHarvest.com and/or YankeeGardener.com and/or YankeeHalloween.com
and/or YankeeGrocery.com and/or YankeeGifts.com family of web sites.
YANKEE GARDENER'S
"NO QUIBBLE" SEED GUARANTEE
Yankee Harvest, LLC. cannot
accept the return of any opened seed packages. This is
for your protection to prevent the spread of any unwanted soil funguses
or plant diseases, that may have been present in your local growing area.
We want you, our customer, to be 100% satisfied
with all our vegetable seeds, herb seeds, and flower seeds. If any seeds
purchased from us, proves to be dissatisfactory for any reason, we will
either replace the item or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer,
within one (1) growing season.

Attention: Seed is a live product. Growing products from seed depends
on many important related grower skills such as proper planting time,
seed depth, type of soil, watering, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls
and reasonable weather conditions during the growing season. These factors
are out of the seed supplier's control and are the growers responsibility
and risk. Our seed cannot be unconditionally guaranteed to perform properly
- regardless of weather conditions, grower's experience, grower's planting
methods or mistakes.

Yankee Harvest, LLC., and/or Yankee Gardener
(hereinafter collectively referred to as the vendor "Yankee Harvest)
warrants that the seed it sells conforms to the label description as required
by State and Federal laws. Yankee Harvest limits its warranty to the full
amount of the purchase price of such seeds. YANKEE HARVEST MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS EXPRESS OR IMPLIED OF THE MERCHANTIBILITY,
FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE OF THE SEED SOLD BY IT OR
FOR THE CROPS GROWN FROM SUCH SEEDS. It is recognized that a mistake or
human error can be made in the production, processing or packaging of
such seed, therefore, in any event, direct or consequential on account
of any such negligence whatsoever - IF A BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONDITION

Noxious Weeds
Disclaimer
Some plants that are naturally occurring or have been cultivated for
years have been deemed by some governments, (local, state and federal)
as being classified as a noxious weed. We will not knowingly supply seed
that breaks a local law. Please check with your local extension service
and the agriculture laws in your area before ordering and planting. If
you proceed to purchase these seeds from us, you do so under the agreement
that you will use them for non-planting purposes.
